The Crane leather irregular intelligent software was developed in 2012,we developed an algorithm for nest the real leather.

The software includes leather shooting, camera lens calibration, dermal contour extraction,pattern introduction, increasing pattern size teeth, multi pattern mixed intelligent nest, single pattern intelligent nest and other functions.

At present, the software has been applied in a number of real leather industries, such as leather shoes, leather bags, leather clothing, sofa ,gloves and other industries.At the same time, it also cooperated with the large number of cutting machine manufacturers. Now it has been used in China,Southeast Asian , Europe and the United States and other countries or regions. Compatibility: the software supports importing a variety of boilerplate, including AUTOCA-DXF, AMMA-DXF, TIIP-DXF, PLT and other format boilerplate, and automatic recognition of the above pattern in cutting and punching; in the export format: the software support AUTOCA-DXF, AMMA-DXF, PLT format is derived, and all position  automatic positioning to ensure the correct cutting of lea ther. When we export PLT, we can set the cutting volume  for cutting tools: set the over cut angle according to the  setting angle, and set the advance cut volume and the lag  over cut volume to adapt to the circular or oblique tool.

In the software, the control module of Canon DSLR has been integrated. Now, we can directly take the photo of the dermis in this layout software, and insert it to the software automatically.

Automatically making and many kinds of making mode

 User can choose take a photo or several pieces which have been photoed and saved to real-time projection (optional) make, can choose many kinds of making mode. You can choose parts of samples needed or all samples same yard to be made automatically. You can also choose samples which have been made be fixed and follow-up samples be made automatically. You can set samples to be made in fixed direction or whirl freely. At last, you should save making picture and print barcode label to distinguish samples of making pictures. And you can generate making reports which include utilization, numbers of every samples making and so on.
